Greetings Happy 2B Nappy People :)   I have encountered so many clients with hair loss including myself due to chemical relaxers glue bonding weaves braids too tight and so on. Below is a photo of a client that I had 2 do a Loc Weave bcuz a hair stylist that didn't have Locs she had straight hair doing his Locs just 4 dah Money & really didn't have a clue about natural hair care. The Stylist every time he came put "Sea Breeze" on his hair & made him sit for 20 minutes as U know Sea Breeze is an astringent & very alcohol based so it was drying his hair out then she would wash his hair with a commercial shampoo that was also very alcohol base the word alcohol is disguised by many words you can go 2 my label ingredients page 2 see all the names of alcohol that U never knew. The cause of most cases of baldness, which one defied all the combined efforts of scientific attack, iz now known. Most cases da loss of hair & resultant baldness iz caused by impaired blood supply 2 da hair roots. This iz affected by pressure on capillaries by an enlarged galea. In light of this knowledge, I have suggested 2 U many means through which U can stimulate & improve da supply of blood 2 da scalp & hair roots. these are da physiotherapeutic treatments-massage, brushing, using of hang'n off ya bed with ya head hang'n 2 da ground so da blood can circulate the bllod & stimulate hair growth, & da nutritional approach of feed'n ya hair from within  with nutrients known 2 stimulate da supply of blood 2 ya hair & improve da hair growth. 4 maximum results, I suggest that U use several of da suggested aids & treatments simultaneously. Doing diligent research on what foods & vitamins  assist with healthy hair. I have decided to provide U with a list of Diet Hints 4 Healthy Hair:

Many vitamins, minerals, & trace elements have been found 2 b beneficial 4 healthy hair growth: vitamin B-complex, iodine, calcium, & vitamin E, among others. On da other hand, some common food components such as salt, animal fats & refined carbohydrates, are considered 2 b detrimental 2 da health & normal growth of da hair. Based on available scientific knowledge of the relationship between good nutrition & good hair growth, I recommend da following diet rules 4 healthy scalp & hair:
1. Avoid 2 much salt n ya diet. U will obtain all da salt ya body needs from da foods U eat without any addition. If U insist on salting your foods, use vegetable salt or unrefined sea salt n moderation. Sea salt contains natural iodine. Experiments conducted by Dr. Eugene Foldes have proved that accumulated salt n body tissues can cause excessive loss of hair.
2. Fortify ya diet with natural iodine. the best source of iodine iz kelp, n tablets or powered form, available @ drug stores or health food stores. One  kelp tablet usually contains more than the full adult daily minimum requirement of iodine. It has been demonstrated that iodine added 2 animal feed increases da quality & da growth rate of their fur. The people known 4 thick & healthy hair live on diets rich n iodine: fish, sea foods, seaweed (kelp). Take 1-3 kelp tablets with each meal.
3. Eat lots of fresh fruits & vegetables. Do not overcook ya vegetables-many valuable vitamins & minerals are destroyed or lost n cook'n. Eat foods rich n vitamin B: raw seeds & nuts peas, beans, whole grains. Supplement ya diet with vitamin B12 fortified brewer's yeast. Brewer's yeast iz da richest source of da entire natural vitamin B-complex. Some of da vitamins of B-complex- pantothenic acid, PABA, & folic acid- are linked 2 da health of da hair, particularly da gray'n of hair. 4tify ya diet with lecithin, rich n 2 other B vitamins - choline & inositol - which may help protect U from harden'n of da arteries could be one of da reasons 4 restricted blood supply 2 da scalp. B vitamins are also very important nutrients 4 da brain & 4 da nervous system. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) iz closely linked 2 da age'n process of da body & iz often called da "age fight'n" vitamin.
4. Avoid excessive intake of animal fats & refined carbohydrates: white sugar, white flour & foods made from them. A famous dermatologist, Dr. Irwin Lubowe, found dat da normal function of da sebaceous glands can be adversely affected when da diet iz rich n refined carbohydrates & animal fats. Replace animal fats & hydrogenated fats (margarine) n ya diet with unsaturated cold-pressed vegetable oils such as sesame seed oil coconut oil or olive oil. Take 2 teaspoons of cod liver oil iz rich n vitamin A (important 4 healthy skin & scalp), vitamin D (necessary 4 effective assimilation of minerals) & essential fatty acids (important 4 da proper function of da sebaceous glands). Use plain, un4tified cod liver oil. Make sure it iz fresh, & not rancid.
5. Don't smoke. smoke'n constricts da arteries & capillaries & slows down blood circulation, as has been proven by extensive research performed by J. H. Burn of Oxford. Moreover, tobacco robs your body of vitamin C.W.J. McCormick, M.D., world-renowned authority on vitamin C, has shown dat dah smoke'n of one cigarette destroys 25mg, of vitamin C, which iz equivalent 2 da vitamin C content of an average orange. vitamin C iz important 4 da health of da collagen, da intercelluar cement, & da constituent protein molecules of da tendinous membranes.
6. Eat a balanced diet of vital, natural, unrefined foods, rich n vitamins minerals, & proteins. Don't over eat. Obesity iz one of Harden'n of da arteries & high blood pressure, which often accompany overweight, may b contribute'n causes of impaired blood circulation & diminished blood supply 2 ya scalp.
7. Take da following supplememts daily:
* Brewer's yeast, powder or flakes - 3-5 tbsp.
*Lecithin granuales - 1-2 tbsp.
* Vitamin E - 400 -1200 I.U. (b4 meal)
Note n case of high blood pressure, consult ya doctor 4 proper dosage of vitamin E.
* Vitamin C  (from rosehips or other natural sources) - up 2 1000mg.
* Vitamin B-complex, high potency, natural - 1-3 tablets
* Silica (from Horsetail) - 3 tablets
* Cod liver oil, un4ftified- 2 tsp.
* Vitamin A, natural-25,000 USP units
* Kelp-up to 10 tablets
* Multi-mineral tablet
* Cold pressed vegetable oil from Vitamin F- 1-2 tbsp.
May b used on salads, cereals, & so on.
Coconut oil, olive oil & sesame seed oil are most likely 2 b cold pressed & non rancid. Where not suggested otherwise, food supplements should b taken wit meals.
